1. Assumption of Risk By using the Visit Bonaire App, I acknowledge that the activities (driving, hiking, snorkeling) involve inherent risks, including but not limited to: road conditions, wildlife, weather, and physical exertion. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
2. No Warranty The route guidance and GPS data are provided for convenience only. Real-world conditions (construction, weather) may differ from the app data. I am responsible for obeying all traffic laws and using my own judgment.
3. Release of Liability I hereby release and hold harmless Blue Innovation BV, its developers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or injuries arising out of my use of the application or participation in any suggested tours.
4. Governing Law This agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
